- Back-to-Base – for more serious issues we offer a Back-to-Base service. This allows us to work on your computers in our workshop environment to minimise costs and speed up the repair process.
- Remote Access – we are also able to offer remote support for 90% of problems – all that is required is a working internet connection. This allows us to work on your PCs from our office without any interruption to your day.
- Priority Telephone and E-Mail Support – We are always happy to help business customers with any query or enquiry they may have. We can provide phone and email support for problems and talk you through solutions.
